GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
MORNING MOVEMENT This early morning class is designed to get you moving! Morning Movement will invigorate the body and create a peaceful center to prepare you for the day’s events ahead. This class will be a blend of Yoga and Pilates.
MAT PILATES Looking to strengthen from the inside out? Mat Pilates is the perfect addition to any your yoga practice. This is a conditioning fitness class that focuses on body alignment and breathing. The exercises cover all core powerhouse muscle groups: abdominals, lower back, shoulders, thighs and gluteals.
YOGA FLOW Think of fun playlists and lots of movement! This all-level friendly yoga class is designed to help you let loose and do your thing on the mat.
ALIGN & FLOW This workshop-style class focuses on stability to mobility. Learning correct alignment will help us understand each pose, why we practice it, and how to flow.
CHAIR YOGA Chair yoga is perfect for those that prefer a chair (rather than the floor) as their main seat and feature modifications for every-body. With a chair or two for support, chair yoga will challenge the body and mind through strengthening, stretching, relaxing and breathing. Join us to improve flexibility and muscle tone as your body, mind, and spirit work together.
RESTORE & RELAX It’s okay to let go. Our restorative yoga class starts with a gentle warm up followed by a series of simple, supported poses held for a long time under the right conditions (including the use of many props) to tip the balance from “fight or flight” mode into maximum relaxation.
YOGA CORE Come get strong with us for this in this class that combines the power of breath with core building yoga poses. Leave feeling strong, yet calm. Mixed level, some yoga experience helpful.
STRENGTH & STRETCH This Yin inspired class is designed to tone and strengthen muscles as well as stretch them out in a way to relieve tension / built up lactic acid from working out/everyday life.
SLOW BURN Slow burn will help you feel a deeper connection with your body by encouraging you to focus on your breath while moving deliberately. This class will help you build strength and stamina while creating space in your entire body to help achieve over all balance. Focused on the principles of Anusara® Yoga setting up each pose slowly and mindfully, then holding postures a little longer. This class is challenging, but accessible to all levels of practice. Slow Burn takes places in an unheated room.
45 MINUTE WORKOUT This class is just that! Looking for a quick, full body workout? This class is just for you. Utilizing small weights, exercise bands, and balls!
FUN FRIDAY A challenging yet fun vinyasa yoga class to help prepare for the weekend! This 60 min class will have a weekly theme and playlist designed to inspire you to play around with your yoga practice. | This Karma class is set up to Pay What You Can. ($5 Minimum) There is no additional fee for members.
ZUMBA® We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
